Trident Academy will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 24, 2016. Regularly scheduled classes will resume the following day on Friday. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.
Trident’s BJJ Mannequin Challenge Nov 2016
Trident adults and teens in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class posed for the mannequin challenge. The class was taught by Master Pat Tray and we had takedowns, arm bars, leg locks, throws, triangles, chokes and all kinds of action frozen in time! Enjoy.
