Our schedule is packed full of classes in order to serve the needs of our students; Come out to train with folks from Manassas, Woodbridge and from parts of Fairfax County. We have 40 classes throughout the week going on here at Trident in Woodbridge, VA located in Northern VA, near Washington DC. Read more about all the arts we teach.

Hello ~ I have a 15 y/o who is making his way to his 1st Dan in TKD. I would like to expose him to other martial arts. Your school offer several programs. Your site only offered two selections to try classes for free. I would like to expose him to to the following (in order): Jiu-jitsu, Krav Maga, JXT Kickboxing, Muay Thai, & Weapons. I see you have a BJJ class on Friday evening ~ would it be OK to attend that class? I’ll have to revisit you class schedule for the Krav Maga class. As for the other three classes listed ~ I’ll pay for them if necessary just to get him exposed.
