SELF DEFENSE STANDING UP (STRIKES)

We teach the Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) to our kids so they will learn how to keep away from threats to their face and body, while standing. A great art for learning how to develop coordination and athleticism.

SELF DEFENSE On the Ground (Grappling/Jiu-Jitsu)

There's nothing like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to build super confidence in children at an early age. If you want your child to feel save on or off their feet, let them have the chance to learn BJJ and Submission Grappling (ages 7-12 only).

Hand-Eye Coordination Training

The Filipino Martial Arts are so effective at teaching hand-eye coordination and getting both sides of the brain to work together, we had to offer them to the kids. We offer this class on Fridays at 5PM.
